Social Activities of College during COVID-19 Pandemic
Garhchumuk Kolia Teachers' Training College, Howrah; under the aegis of Agnibina Nazrul Trust , distributed food packets comprising Rice, Pulses, Oil, Potatoes, Onions, Sugar, Gram etc. on 26.04.2020 and 27.04.2020 among around 150 needy families residing in the vicinity of the College. Health guidelines & physical distancing rules set up by the Government were strictly maintained during the distribution of the same. The College also donated a lump sum amount a few days back to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for fighting the Corona menace in West Bengal. GKTTC humbly acknowledges the continuous cooperation of the concerned authorities, staff, students and their guardians and the local residents in this regard and pledges to do the same again for the society in future crises, if any.
